Michael Reeves to teach at the Pastors College

The Reformation, March 6-9, 2018, taught by Michael Reeves. We can think of no more relevant topic to explore in the coming year, and no more qualified person to teach it.

Mike is an esteemed church historian who has written broadly on several topics, but especially on the Reformation.  Mark Dever called his book, The Unquenchable Flame: Discovering the Heart of the Reformation, “quite simply, the best brief introduction to the Reformation I have read.”  Mike (Ph.D., King's College, London) is the President and Professor of Theology at Union School of Theology in Oxford. He oversees the work of Union, and teaches in the areas of systematic and historical theology and also on preaching and spiritual formation. He is a local church minister, Director of the European Theologians Network, and speaks and regularly teaches worldwide.

Mike is a unique combination: a serious scholar, a scintillating lecturer, and a passionate preacher (he’s currently working on Spurgeon on the Christian Life: Alive in Christ, in Crossway’s “Theologians on the Christian Life” series). He is also a good friend of Sovereign Grace, having participated in WorshipGod conferences over the years, both here in the states as well as the UK.

We are privileged to bring him to this side of the pond, and we hope you and your pastoral teams can join us for this timely course that will explore our history, our theological roots, and the profound implications of both upon our lives, ministries, and churches.

Register here. Early Bird rate is $200 until December 31. Registration rates increase to $250 on January 1. The final registration deadline is February 11.
